1. What we collect

When you use Get My Task, we store the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Your Telegram user ID and language preference
• Tasks you create (title, date, time, priority quadrant)
• Google OAuth token (only if you choose to connect Google Calendar)
• Timezone and reminder preferences

2. How we use your data

• To create, store, and display your tasks
• To add events to your Google Calendar on your request
• To send reminders via Telegram
• To transcribe voice messages using Groq Whisper API

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Google Calendar access

If you connect Google Calendar, we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar scope to create and read calendar events. Your OAuth token is stored securely in our database and is used solely to add tasks to your calendar. You can revoke access at any time via Google Account Permissions or by using the Disconnect button in the bot settings.

4. Third-party services

• Telegram — messaging platform (Privacy Policy)
• Google Calendar API — calendar sync (Privacy Policy)
• Groq API — voice transcription (Privacy Policy)

5. Data retention

Your data is stored as long as you use the bot. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us. Disconnecting Google Calendar immediately removes your OAuth token from our database.

6. Security

Data is stored on a private server with restricted access. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We do not log the content of your tasks beyond what is necessary for the service to function.
